ABOUT

I’m an editor and writer covering women’s work lives through the lens of company policy, leadership, equity, and culture. At InHerSight, I lead editorial strategy across digital, newsletter, and social platforms—overseeing reporting, editing, sponsored content, and partnerships that help women make informed career decisions.

I also build and write newsletters. I founded The Pipeline, a first-person newsletter about women’s work and life that now reaches 500,000 subscribers, and recently launched Stretch Break, a lifestyle newsletter focused on rest, reflection, and sustainable productivity. Across both editorial and sponsored work, I’m equally comfortable writing reported journalism, first-person voice, and high-performing ad and branded copy.

My background spans digital, newsletter, and print publishing, with experience managing freelancers, editing high-volume content, and collaborating closely with product, sales, and marketing teams. I’ve written extensively about workplace equity as well as tourism and development in the American South.

My bylines include Fast Company, Atlanta magazine, Marriott Bonvoy Traveler, The Charlotte Observer, and others.

Outside of work, I love pop culture, solo travel, sewing, theatre, and taking my dog Olive wherever she pleases.
